We would like to inform you that there will be no classes held between December 23 and January 7.

Selected departments of the University will either operate remotely or be closed on specific days.

Additionally, please be aware that the International Office will be closed from December 24 to December 29. We will resume regular operations on December 30.

In light of the upcoming public holidays (December 25, 26 and 27, 2024, and January 1, 6, 2025) and non-teaching days, please be informed that the University’s (and Reception’s) operating hours will be adjusted as follows:

– December 20th (Friday): the University will close at 8:30 p.m. and remain closed until Monday, December 23 at 8:00 a.m (elevators and stairwells leading to the 12th floor will be blocked) – please be reminded that all classes over the weekend of December 21-22 will be conducted online.

– December 23rd (Monday): the University will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

– December 24th (Tuesday): the University will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., remaining closed until Monday, December 30 at 8:00 a.m.  (elevators and stairwells to the 12th floor will be blocked).

– December 30-31st (Monday and Tuesday): the University will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

– December 31st (Tuesday): the University will close at 5:30 p.m. and remain closed until Thursday, January 2 at 8:00 a.m. (elevators and stairwells to the 12th floor will be blocked).

– January 2-3rd (Thursday and Friday): the University will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

– January 3rd (Friday): the University will close at 5:30 p.m. and remain closed until Tuesday, January 7 at 8:00 a.m.  (elevators and stairwells to the 12th floor will be blocked).

Starting January 7th, 2025, the University will resume standard operating hours (8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.) in line with the academic calendar and scheduled classes.
