The Welcome Point was established as part of the “Direction? Poland!” project, implemented within the Welcome to Poland programme of the National Academic Exchange Agency and financed from the state budget.
At Collegium Civitas, the Welcome Point serves as a dedicated support hub for students, assisting them in adapting to academic life and providing essential information on everyday matters, both within the university and in Poland.
Our services include:
- Consultations on official matters, including residence legalization in Poland.
- Guidance on student initiatives and organizations, support in their coordination, and assistance in setting up new student groups.
- Adaptation and integration events, such as workshops, training sessions, Culture Days, and Adaptation Days.
All consultations within these areas are free of charge for Collegium Civitas students and are available in Polish, English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
