Full-time academic staff at Civitas University, engaged in both research and teaching, are organized into three institutes: the Edmund Wnuk-Lipiński Institute of Sociology, the Institute of Political Science and International Relations, and the Institute for Management Research. Their scholarly interests reflect the scientific disciplines most prominently represented at the university. Members of the institutes actively participate in a wide range of research and dissemination initiatives. They conduct and coordinate national and international projects, publish their findings in prestigious academic journals and books issued by renowned publishing houses, and participate in conferences, expert panels, and seminars. In addition to academic research, Civitas University scholars are involved in applied and expert activities, providing analyses, consulting, and policy recommendations. They also collaborate closely with specialists and researchers affiliated with numerous research centers operating at Civitas University, fostering an environment of interdisciplinary exchange and innovation.
