Our “Early Birds” promotion is aimed at candidates who are starting their full or part-time Bachelor’s (licencjat) or Master’s (magister) programmes at Collegium Civitas in the 2022/2023 academic year.
The promotion entitles the applicant to a 20% discount in their fees for the first semester of their Bachelor’s or Master’s programme, provided that the candidate starts their studies in the winter semester of 2022/2023.
The promotion is valid till May 31, 2022.
Rules Governing the “Early Birds” Promotion at Collegium Civitas
for the 2022/2023 Academic Year
- This promotion is aimed at candidates who are applying for:
- full time English and Polish-English language Bachelor’s (licencjat) or Master’s (magister) programmes at Collegium Civitas in the 2022/2023 academic year who have submitted online the correct set of documents to the Admissions Office from April 19, 2022 to May 31, 2022.
- full-time or part time Polish language Bachelor’s (licencjat) or Master’s (magister) programmes at Collegium Civitas in the 2022/2023 academic year who have submitted online the correct set of documents to the Admissions Office from April 19, 2022 to May 31, 2022.
- Candidates who will obtain the higher school leaving certificate in 2022 can submit online all the required documents, without the higher school leaving certificate, which has to be submitted the latest until July 30, 2022
- In order to benefit from this promotion a candidate must present a scan of the proof of payment for the first semester of studies (semester fee or in installments) in the period provided for the promotion, in accordance with the order of the Rector of Collegium Civitas No. 31/2022 of 03/31/2022 on payment for studies, with 20% discount.
- The promotion entitles a candidate to the 20 % discount for the first semester fee (Bachelor and Master programmes), provided that the candidate starts their studies in the winter semester 2022/2023. The discount is calculated on the basis of one semester fee. In the case of payment an installment, the full discount is deducted from the first installment.
- This promotion does not apply to study programmes conducted with academic partners, studies with a one-year bridging program in Ukrainian and to co-financed specializations.
- This promotion comes to effect on 19.04.2022, last until 31.05.2022 and cannot be combined with other Collegium Civitas promotional offers.
- Should the candidate cancel their studies, having completed admissions and qualification procedures, the amount paid (per semester or per installment) will be reimbursed. The application fee is non refundable.
- The Rector has the right to revoke the promotion at any time, provided that the rights acquired by the applicant are respected until the day the promotion is cancelled.
