Chris is a graduate of the University of Ottawa, Canada where he studied Political Sciences and Business Management. He later completed his MBA studies.

He gained professional experience at the Canadian Diplomatic Mission before continuing his professional career at Warsaw Business Journal as a journalist. He later worked in the commercial property sector working with some of the largest global companies including CBRE.

Chris has been lecturing at universities in Poland for the past 11 years and at Collegium Civitas he teaches courses related to International Relations, Negotiation and Conflict Resolution, and International Business. Over the years, Chris has been frequently interviewed for news channels and TV programs as a geopolitical expert.
