Dr. Andrzej Kondej is an Assistant Professor and Deputy Head of the Management Department at Collegium Civitas, where he teaches courses such as Advanced Strategic Management, Organisational Behavior, Marketing Research, Consumer Behavior, Marketing Strategies, and Market Analyses. With extensive academic and professional expertise, he specializes in management, retail trade, strategic enterprise development, and consumer behavior.
In addition to his role at Collegium Civitas, Dr. Kondej has held academic positions at the University of Białystok and the WSB Merito University in Warsaw. He is also the founder and owner of Kondej Marketing, a consultancy firm operating since 1996.
Dr. Kondej’s academic research focuses on the structure and development of retail trade in Poland, the strategic development of enterprises, the implementation of modern trade methods, and consumer behavior trends in contemporary markets. His publications include contributions to renowned journals and books, such as Kitsch in Marketing: Merchandising and Promotional Activities in the Retail Sphere (Routledge, 2024) and Transformation of FMCG Retailing in Poland After 1989 (Annales Ethics in Economic Life, 2019).
A recipient of the 2024 Rector’s Teaching Award at Collegium Civitas, Dr. Kondej has also been actively involved in projects like Leaders in Digital Didactics (2022–2023), reflecting his commitment to innovative and effective teaching methods.
