International lawyer. He holds a Law Degree from The Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He completed the legal training at the District Bar Association in Warsaw and passed the professional bar examination (an advocate, member of the Bar in Warsaw).

In addition, he studied International Business Law at the University of Vienna and completed PhD Studies in the discipline of Political Science at The Faculty of Journalism and Political Science, University of Warsaw as well as a one-year course of study in US law conducted by the University of Florida Levin College of Law and the University of Warsaw.

He has many years of legal experience gained in a number of law firms and public institutions among others: The Border Guard Headquarters Legal Department, North Atlantic Treaty Organization /LEGAD/, The Foreign Affairs Department in The Ministry of National Defence.

He completed postgraduate studies in Crisis Management at the National Defense University in Warsaw and specialized NATO law courses at the NATO School in Oberammergau (DE). He is a Reserve Colonel.

His interests include, among others, international law, particularly International Investment Law, US Foreign Policy and US-German bilateral relations.
