Our Sociology and International Relations graduates are the highest earners among graduates of these faculties at all non-public universities across the country. The latest Polish Graduate tracking system (ELA 2020) has ranked Collegium Civitas number one for the second time!

We have the highest-earning graduates who studied full-time for an master’s degree in Sociology – first place in the ranking of graduate income following this degree programme from all non-public universities in the country. Graduates who studied full-time for a bachelor’s degree in Sociology also do very well in the labour market, taking second place in the same ranking.

The median of the average earnings of part-time master’s degree Sociology graduates is 4631.55 PLN gross, and finding a job takes them on average just under 2 weeks.

Graduates of International Relations (full-time bachelor’s and master’s degrees and part-time master’s degree) at Collegium Civitas, who came first in the graduate earnings ranking of all non-public universities in the country, are also doing very well. Our graduates in this field (part-time master’s) earn on average as much as 6406.08 PLN gross.

Collegium Civitas meets the needs of the highly-skilled specialist labour market because, amongst others, our graduates can show the employer professional experience already acquired during their studies. In addition, the university actively supports students in their search for first employment.

About ELA research

The project is carried out by the Information Processing Centre – National Research Institute – on behalf of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. The main source of system information is administrative data from reliable sources: the system of the Social Insurance Institution and the POL-on system, i.e. the information system on higher education supporting the work of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.

In the ELA system, you can check the amount of remuneration after graduation (also in relation to the place of residence), the time when a graduate looks for a job and the risk of unemployment (also in relation to the place of residence).

More information on ELA is available (in Polish) to the website of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education:
