We are pleased to inform you that Dr. Małgorzata Baran, Vice-Rector for Strategic Development at Collegium Civitas, obtained her post-doctoral degree. Congratulations!

Vice-Rector Małgorzata Baran is an economist and specialist in management science. Her scientific interests include human capital management in the organization, in particular, age management and intergenerational cooperation. She is managing research teams which carry out scientific and social projects in these areas.

Her scientific publications are in the field of human resources management, as well as knowledge management and project management, both in professional national and foreign journals, including The Importance of Mentoring in Employee Work Engagement (International Journal of Contemporary Management, 2017), Project Orientation of Polish Universities (China-USA Business Review, 2015), Managing Employees of Different Generations in the Enterprise (Journal of Possitive Management, 2014). Author of the books: Uwarunkowania skuteczności mentoringu w organizacji (PWN, Warszawa 2018), Innowacje popytowe, czyli jak tworzy się współczesne innowacje (PARP, Warsaw 2012).
