We are pleased to invite you to attend the international scientific conference Sustainable and Socially Responsible Development in the Network of Socioeconomic Relations, which will take place in a hybrid formatonsite at WSB Merito University in Gdańsk and online via MS Teams. While remote participation is possible, we strongly encourage you to join us in person to benefit from enhanced interaction, networking opportunities, and an inspiring academic atmosphere.

As part of the conference, we also plan a company visit to observe how businesses respond to sustainability and social responsibility challenges in practice.

Conference Objectives

The conference aims to stimulate interdisciplinary dialogue on sustainable and socially responsible development across individual, organizational, regional, and global contexts. We invite conceptual, methodological, and empirical papers — including works in progress — from across disciplines. The focus is on the role of socioeconomic networks in addressing complex sustainability challenges through collaborative frameworks such as the Triple Helix model (academia–business–public sector).

We encourage contributions that bridge theory and practice, offer actionable insights, and expand understanding of sustainability within evolving socioeconomic relations. Research based on quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods is welcome.
