Applications and required documentation

Recruitment for the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Program (BIP) is ongoing and will continue until the funds allocated to Civitas University by the National Agency for the Erasmus+ Program are exhausted.
NOTE: Students can participate in BIPs hosted only by Partner Universities

List of partner universities

To apply for BIP, the following documents are required:

  • application form
  • language certificate (minimum B2 English proficiency, plus local language proficiency if required by the host university)
  • copy of student ID (with photograph)
  • CV (Europass format)
  • if applicable – a certificate confirming additional activities at Civitas University (e.g., assistance in organizing conferences, participation in research clubs, Buddy Programme) or significant social activities outside the university (e.g., volunteering)

All documents should be sent to:📧 international@civitas.edu.pl

Please note that BIPs have a limited number of placements; thus, the same enrollment criteria for full-time mobilities are applicable for BIPs as well.
Please also be aware that you will still have to apply for BIP at Host University, and it’s up to them if you’re selected

After being selected, you shall receive the confirmation. The next step is to send us the remaining documents:

  • confirmation from the host university
  • online Learning Agreement
  • OLS Language Test
  • proof of insurance
  • appendix to the Grant Agreement

After your mobility, students are required to submit the following documents:

• Confirmation of Stay/Certificate signed by the host university
• EU Survey (sent automatically by the EU system on your last day of mobility)
• Transcript of Records
• Travel Statement
The Confirmation of Stay and EU Survey should be sent to international@civitas.edu.pl no later than 10 days after your return. The Transcript of Records can be sent later, once it has been issued by the host university.

Scholarship Rates

Students and graduates with fewer opportunities include:

  • students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds who receive a social allowance at Civitas University
  • students with disabilities holding a valid disability certificate
  • students, graduates, and doctoral students with children under the age of 8 (in the year of mobility)
  • students exercising the right to asylum or holding refugee status

Travel Costs

Travel cost support covers all types of mobility (long-term and short-term) for students, graduates. It is highly recommended to use the “Green Travel” option if possible (bus, train, carpooling).

Please note! The amounts in the “standard travel” and “green travel” columns are not added together. The distance calculator available at http://ec.europa.eu/programmes/erasmus-plus/tools/distance_en.htm is used to calculate the travel distance.
For journeys of up to 499 km, participants should use low-emission means of transport.
In justified cases, participants are entitled to receive individual support to cover living expenses during travel before and after the activity (according to the flat rates listed in the section on individual support):

  • for participants receiving a flat rate for standard travel, this is a maximum of individual support for 2 days of travel,
  • for participants receiving a “green travel” lump sum, a maximum of individual support for 6 days of travel.
