Projects Department 

The Projects Department provides comprehensive support for scientific, educational, and development initiatives carried out by employees, research teams, and organizational units. Its primary goal is to secure external funding—both domestic and international—for projects that foster scientific advancement, educational innovation, and cooperation with the socio-economic environment. The department’s responsibilities include monitoring funding opportunities, advising on project applications, coordinating projects at the formal and administrative level, and managing financial settlement and reporting. It also supports the university’s strategic priorities, promoting interdisciplinarity, internationalization, and knowledge transfer. Through its work, the Projects Department helps strengthen the university’s role as an active participant in national and European research and education.
