Our university has created the Integration Support Team to help new international students smoothly transition into the Civitas University community.

How does it work?
Every new student from abroad can be matched with a Buddy — a Civitas University student who provides essential information about the university and life in Warsaw.
Your Buddy can assist you with various matters, including finding accommodation, navigating Polish administrative processes, understanding public transportation, and more.
They’re also someone you can simply grab a cup of coffee with and chat about everyday life.

Suppose you feel that individual support is not necessary. In that case, the Buddy Programme team also organizes many integration events, such as city tours, shared dinners, trips to other Polish cities, and more!

Since its launch two years ago, more than 200 students have joined the Buddy Programme, supporting over 100 international students and organizing numerous integration activities.

We highly encourage all incoming students to take part — it’s one of the best ways to meet local students, receive helpful guidance, and build new friendships and connections.
