Students can apply for Erasmus+ funded internships. Applications are accepted throughout the academic year, and selection depends on the availability of funding.
Applications should be sent no later than 1 month before the planned mobility, and the following documents are required:
- Application Form
- Learning Mobility for Traineeship
Applications should be sent to: 📧 international@civitas.edu.pl
The duration of the internship ranges from a minimum of 2 months to a maximum of 12 months. Internships should ideally take place during the summer break, as Civitas University does not excuse student absences during the academic year. Exceptions require additional approval.
Internships must be completed in institutions located in Erasmus+ Programme countries outside Poland (e.g., non-governmental organizations, international corporations, universities, etc.—excluding EU institutions and Polish diplomatic missions).
The hosting institution must be registered on the European Commission website and have an OID (Organisational ID) number.
After qualification, students are required to provide the following documents:
- Appendix to Grant Agreement
- OLS Test
- CV – Europass
- Insurance (Health, Accident, Liability)
Students may complete their Erasmus+ internships as voluntary, obligatory, or graduate internships.
Obligatory CU internships – it is possible to combine obligatory CU internships with Erasmus+ traineeships. In this case, formalities in both CU departments must be completed:
- International Relations Office – for mobility-related Erasmus+ formalities
- Academic Careers Office (abk@civitas.edu.pl) – for formalities related to completing obligatory internships and entering them into the course of studies
Graduate traineeships – Civitas University students who are about to graduate may also participate in Erasmus+ traineeships. Applications should be submitted in the final year of studies, while the student still holds student status, preferably 1.5–2 months before defending the thesis. The mobility takes place after graduation and must be completed within one year.
After the mobility
After the mobility, following documents are required by students:
- Learning Agreement part AFTER
- EU Survey (send automatically by EU system on your last day of mobility)
- Travel Statement
All documents must be submitted to international@civitas.edu.pl within 10 days of the student’s return.
