Interested in joining Civitas University as an exchange student? Follow the steps below to learn how to get nominated by your home university, apply, and complete your online registration.
Nominations
If you are interested in studying at Civitas University as an exchange student, please contact the Erasmus+ coordinator at your home university, who will nominate you for the exchange. Nominations should be sent to the International Relations Office of Civitas University at international@civitas.edu.pl.
Deadlines for nominations:
· Fall Semester and Full Academic Year: August 1st
· Spring Semester: December 1st
After being successfully nominated, students will receive an email with information about the application procedure.
Applications
Applications must be submitted through our online system
Deadlines for student applications:
· Fall Semester and Full Academic Year: August 15th
· Spring Semester: December 15th
Please remember that it is mandatory to complete all required sections (Personal Data, Educational Background) on our platform and upload a photo both in the Files section and in the designated place on the website. After filling in the information, please upload all required documents.
Required documents:
- Official Transcript of Records in English with the grading scale
- Copy of ID or passport
- Certificate of English proficiency (minimum CEFR level B2)
- One photograph (jpg format, light plain background, 232 × 291 pixels, 300 dpi, max. 50 kB)
- Application form (download it from the platform above the “Upload Files” section, then print and sign it yourself and have it signed by your university coordinator. Next, upload the signed form as an attachment on the platform. Please note: download the form only after completing your data on the platform, otherwise it will be generated without your information, which is required for processing.)
Learning Agreements can be prepared after completing the application and receiving the Acceptance Letter. However, please make sure to finalize it before the deadlines set by your home university.
After a successful application, we will issue your Acceptance Letter.
