Dr Wioletta Małota is the Head of Specialization ‘International Business’ at the Management Faculty at Collegium Civitas. She has her PhD in Organizational Behavior. She is an interculturalist and strategist. Her areas of expertise are: Lecturer of subjects: Organizational culture and behaviours, Management in multicultural environment, Global leader, Intercultural Negotiations, Oxford Debates, Consumer behaviour, Strategies of Country and City Branding, in English and Polish.
She worked as Visiting Professor in France at Paris Business School, IUT2 Grenoble, ILERI Lyon; in Italy at Altis Business School, Milan; Sapienza University, Rome; at Sogang University Seoul, South Korea and at Beijing International Studies University, Beijing, China.
Previous to her academic career, she worked for a global corporation on managerial position in marketing department.
Dr W. Małota is the author of three books: “How from a Manager Become a Leader? The Guidebook for Managers and Coaches” (2012); “South Korea. Economy, Society, K-culture” (2019); “Paris Culture Architecture Innovative City. What should you know to enjoy the city? An Example of Successful Branding” (2023).
She likes modern architecture and traveling to experience different cultures. As a blogger she shares her cultural experience at www.crossculturemanagement.online and as a visual storyteller at the YouTube channel ‘Culture and architecture’.
