Civitas University took part in European Higher Education Week in Vietnam, where the university was represented by Mr. Maciej Krzyczkowski and Mrs. Ilona Głowacka from the International Relations Office. Our team joined the NAWA stand, promoting study opportunities in Poland and presenting Civitas University’s educational offer to prospective students and partner institutions.

Throughout the two-day student fairs in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, the NAWA stand attracted significant attention, with over 5,000 visitors engaging with representatives from Polish universities. Vietnamese students asked about study programs, admission rules, scholarships, and opportunities for academic mobility. The interest in Poland and the level of knowledge about our country were remarkably high.

As part of the programme, Civitas University also participated in meetings with nearly 20 Vietnamese universities, discussing possibilities for strengthening academic cooperation, joint initiatives, and future partnership agreements. In Hanoi, our representatives took part in a round-table meeting on academic collaboration and later met with students during a dedicated fair at the Hanoi University of Mining and Geology.

The visit concluded with an event at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Hanoi, attended by nearly 200 Vietnamese alumni of Polish universities — many of whom maintain strong ties with Poland and speak Polish fluently.

Civitas University is proud to have contributed to the Polish delegation and to continue building meaningful academic connections with partners in Vietnam.
