From March 17 to March 21, Mr. Piotr Czarnota, Erasmus+ and International Exchange Coordinator at Collegium Civitas, participated in the Blended Intensive Program for International Relations Officers held at RTU Liepaja (formerly Liepaja University) in Latvia.

The event provided an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences and best practices in these areas, as well as address everyday challenges in international mobility. Participants represented institutions from Latvia, Lithuania, Germany, Portugal, France, Greece, and Armenia (as a KA171 partner).

As part of the program, attendees also met with local and international students from RTU Liepaja, who shared valuable feedback on the Erasmus+ programme from the student perspective. The event also offered an opportunity to promote the universities involved in the BIP.

The program brought together international relations professionals for a series of workshops and discussions focused on key topics related to the Erasmus+ programme, including:

  • Implementation of Erasmus+ horizontal priorities
  • Challenges and benefits of KA171 credit mobilities
  • Integration and support services for international students

Participation in such initiatives offers new perspectives and helps identify strengths and areas for development within the Erasmus+ activities at Collegium Civitas. It also fosters international networking and opens doors for future cooperation with partner universities across Europe.
