We are pleased to share the successful participation of Dr. Wioletta Małota in the Erasmus+ Teaching Staff Mobility program at Universidad Complutense de Madrid in Spain. During her stay, she conducted lectures for an international group of students, sharing her expertise in management and innovation at one of Europe’s leading universities.

Between October 20 and October 25, 2024, Dr. Małota delivered two separate 4-hour courses at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid campus:

  • “Organizational Behavior” – a course dedicated to exploring key aspects of management within organizations, designed for an international group of students.
  • “Innovation in Organizations” – a session focusing on the role of creativity and innovation in business, drawing on knowledge she shares at Collegium Civitas within the “Creative and Innovative Thinking” course.

A total of 45 students participated in these sessions, and both the students and the course instructor, Liisa Hanninen, expressed great satisfaction with the lectures. The sessions provided valuable insights into organizational structures, management strategies, and the implementation of innovation in various business environments.

This visit exemplifies Collegium Civitas’ commitment to fostering academic collaboration through Erasmus+, strengthening international partnerships, and expanding the global reach of our faculty’s expertise. We look forward to future cooperation with Universidad Complutense de Madrid and further opportunities to engage in knowledge exchange.
