From May 26 to May 30, 2025, our colleagues, Ms. Anna Skolasińska (International Relations Office) and Ms. Agnieszka Niekurzak (Student Affairs Office) represented Civitas University during the International Staff Week hosted by the Alexander Campus of the International Hellenic University in Sindos, Thessaloniki. The event brought together over 50 participants from higher education institutions across Europe and beyond.

The intensive program featured presentations of participating universities, thematic workshops, discussions on internationalisation strategies, and hands-on sessions exploring digital tools for student mobility management. The Staff Week also included meetings with representatives of the host university’s International Office, academic departments, and study visits.

Participation in the Staff Week provided a valuable opportunity to exchange good practices, strengthen existing partnerships, and initiate new cooperation frameworks. As a result, groundwork was laid for future Erasmus+ mobilities and collaborative initiatives such as Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs). Insights gained during the visit are already contributing to internal discussions on curriculum development and the enhancement of institutional internationalisation strategies.

This Erasmus+ mobility further confirms Civitas University’s strong commitment to fostering global engagement and cross-border academic collaboration.
