Dr. Andrzej Kondej, representing Civitas University, participated in an Erasmus+ staff mobility visit to Bursa Uludağ Üniversitesi, Türkiye, taking part in the Second International Staff Week held on 13–17 October 2025. The event brought together representatives of 25 universities from Europe and Africa.
The program began with plenary meetings and institutional presentations attended by the Vice-Rector, faculty members, and staff of the Erasmus Office of Uludağ University.

On the second day, academic fairs took place, during which international guests presented their institutions to local students. During these sessions, Dr. Kondej conducted numerous conversations with students interested in Erasmus+ mobility at Civitas University. Poland enjoys considerable popularity among international students at Uludağ University, supported by positive feedback from peers who have previously studied or are currently studying in Poland.

In the following days, lectures were delivered for local students and further meetings with Uludağ University academic staff were held. Discussions focused on the development of future academic and research cooperation, particularly in the field of management. The professionalism and hospitality demonstrated by the hosts throughout the Staff Week were highly appreciated.

The visit confirmed the strong potential for further development of cooperation between Civitas University and Uludağ University. Civitas University enjoys growing recognition among students and staff in Bursa as a valued partner and destination within the Erasmus+ program. Previous mobilities of Uludağ University academics to Civitas University and direct contacts between both Erasmus Offices have already created a solid foundation for continued collaboration.
