The new UNESCO Chair on Global Understanding for Sustainability was announced at the Friedrich Schiller University Jena in Germany. It will be part of worldwide network of over 700 UNESCO chairs to support the teaching and research goals of the world cultural organization.

The international workshop is an opportunity to hold talks on an important and current topic on the broadly understood migration of people, as well as to explore different points of view.
