We are proud to announce the establishment of our newest research hub, the Institute for Management Research. This marks a significant milestone for Collegium Civitas, as it solidifies the institution’s commitment to fostering cutting-edge research and academic excellence.

Heading the Institute for Management Research is Dr. Michał Szostak, a distinguished alumnus of Kozminski University in Warsaw. Dr. Szostak holds a Master’s degree in Management and Marketing and completed his doctoral studies in Management. As an Associate Professor at the University of Social Sciences, he brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for advancing the field of Management.

The Institute for Management Research is the third Institute to be established at Collegium Civitas, reflecting the institution’s dedication to interdisciplinary research and addressing contemporary challenges in Management. The Institute will establish an international Advisory Board alongside its core members from Collegium Civitas.

The Institute for Management Research at Collegium focuses on advancing Management sciences with a unique emphasis on humanistic Management and the aesthetics of Management. By integrating disciplines such as art, ethics, psychology, sociology, and linguistics, the Institute aims to offer new theoretical insights, practical recommendations for Management, and innovative interdisciplinary methodologies. Through its research projects, the Institute seeks to redefine the discourse within management sciences, providing a fresh language to understand the intricacies of organizational and Management dynamics.
