Welcome Point at Collegium Civitas was established to support foreign students and research fellows in the process of adaptation in the academic environment and to provide basic information in order to facilitate everyday life in a new country.

Welcome Point:

  • provides support in formal matters related to studying at Collegium Civitas;
  • provides basic information on official matters, including legalization of stay in Poland;
  • share information about student initiatives, organizations and research clubs within Collegium Civitas;
  • co-creates and implements processes related to cultural adaptation in the academic environment by organizing workshops, trainings, Culture Days, Adaptation Days;
  • cares about building sense of independence and security among students and academics.

The consultations in the specified scope are free for students of our university. The consultations are provided in Polish, English, Russian and Ukrainian.

We kindly ask you to send your message from your student address from the @civitas.edu.pl domain. We are unable to verify the identity of the person contacting us from private addresses, which may result in a risk of non-confidentiality of the information provided and documents sent.

WELCOME TO POLAND PODCAST SERIES

The student podcast “Leżakowanie” presents a new series of episodes entitled “Welcome to Poland”.

The entire cycle is part of the project: “Direction? Poland!” financed by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange as part of the Welcome to Poland program.
