On December 17 the Polish government announced a set of new COVID19 related restrictions. The new restrictions apply between December 28 and January 17 and include the “national quarantine”: closed shopping malls, restaurants, hotels, ski slopes, a 10-day quarantine for those returning to the country by public (organized) transportation.

There will be a curfew on New Year’s Eve from 7 p.m. on December 31 to 6 a.m. on January 1.

Other, earlier introduced restrictions remain in place, that includes the obligation to cover mouth and nose in public places.
