She obtained the degree of doctor of social science in the discipline of Economics and Finance based on the work entitled ‘Women’s professional activity in the Podlaskie Voivodeship after 2004 and its cultural determinants.’ Didactic and researcher worker at the University of Warsaw, SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities and Collegium Civitas. Conducting training in working time organization, time management and implements projects related to the automation of business processes. Her passion is mentoring and coaching.
