Collegium Civitas and Georgian American University Forge New Academic Partnership

Collegium Civitas and Georgian American University (GAU) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking the beginning of a promising academic and research collaboration between the two institutions. This partnership is set to open new opportunities for students, faculty, and researchers, strengthening international ties and fostering innovative educational projects.

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Dr. Katarzyna Maniszewska, Vice Rector for International Relations at Collegium Civitas, and Ms. Tamara Mechurchlishvili, Head of the International Relations Office at Georgian American University.

 

Key Areas of Cooperation

Under this agreement, Collegium Civitas and Georgian Amercian Univeristy will explore joint initiatives in several strategic areas, including:

  • Student, faculty, and staff exchange – expanding mobility opportunities, including through the Erasmus+ Programme.
  • Collaborative research – promoting joint studies and research projects in fields of mutual interest.
  • Joint teaching and training programs – developing shared academic courses and professional training, including short-term study abroad programs.
  • Academic events – co-organizing conferences, symposia, and scientific meetings to facilitate knowledge exchange and intellectual dialogue.
