Between May 2 and 6, 2025, Professor Małgorzata Baran of Civitas University participated in an Erasmus+ Teaching Mobility at the Faculty of Business Administration, Marmara University in Istanbul, Türkiye. The visit was kindly hosted by Professor Taşkın DİRSEHAN, Erasmus+ Faculty Coordinator.

During her stay, Professor Baran conducted lectures and seminars for students, actively engaging with key topics in the field of business and management. She also held a series of productive meetings with faculty members, fostering dialogue on shared academic interests and exploring prospects for future collaboration between the two institutions.

Reflecting on her visit, Professor Baran emphasized that the Erasmus+ Programme offers not only valuable opportunities for academic exchange and institutional networking, but also a unique space for personal development and intercultural understanding.
