Solemn Graduation of the academic year 2022/2023 took place on June 14 at Collegium Civitas. The host of the event was Kateryna Hashuta, a graduate of our University. Among the gathered guests, apart from the graduates of Collegium Civitas, there were also their relatives and representatives of the Rector’s Team.

Rector Stanisław Mocek expressed the hope that the Graduation ceremony will be a symbolic moment of the end of education and the Graduates will remain ambassadors of the University around the world. Dr. Katarzyna Maniszewska, Vice-Rector for International Relations, emphasized that graduates go into the world not only with a diploma and practical skills and knowledge they acquired during their studies but also with important social capital – they have established unique friendships that can last for many years and impact their further life. Dr. Paweł Maranowski, Vice-Rector for Student Affairs, who daily takes care of all matters related to student affairs, incl. the activities of scientific clubs and student organizations, spoke in a similar tone.

Dobrosława Choryńska-Chudy, Head of the Academic Career Office, talked about how the University supports graduates in their first steps on the labor market and how to join the Collegium Civitas Alumni Club.

Monika Adamska, a graduate of our University, shared her experiences related to the University and those related to combining her current job with her life passion. Just before the awarding of diplomas, Alina Palamarchuk, the President of the Student Government, took the floor and once again emphasized how special this moment was and thanked for organizing the ceremony.
