Information for candidates for studies and students arriving from Ukraine

Due to the unprovoked act of Russian aggression and the extremely difficult situation in Ukraine, the authorities of Collegium Civitas decided to simplify the recruitment conditions for candidates for studies and students arriving from Ukraine to study at Collegium Civitas.

 

What to do to apply for studies at Collegium Civitas:

  • Collect all possible documents regarding your education, in paper or electronic form. There is no need to translate the documents. For the list of required documents, please contact the Admissions Office at admissions@civitas.edu.pl, tel. +48 22 620 28 78.
  • You do not need to present an Apostille of your certificate or diploma if you do not have one.
  • Fill in the online application form at https://rekrutacja.civitas.edu.pl (studies in Polish and bilingual studies) or https://admissions.civitas.edu.pl (studies in English)
  • The level of Polish/English language proficiency will be verified on the basis of an interview.
  • We offer an exemption from the application fee and a postponement of the tuition fees.

What to do to continue at Collegium Civitas your previous studies:

  • Collect all possible documents about your education in paper or electronic form. If possible, ask your university to issue a transcript of grades, which contains information about your previous studies or download the transcript online. The transcript of grades must be translated into Polish or English, depending on your choice of the language of instruction. We do not require a sworn translation. There is no need to translate other documents. For the list of required documents, please contact the Admissions Office: admissions@civitas.edu.pl, tel. +48 22 620 28 78.
  • You do not need to present an Apostille of the certificate or diploma if you do not have one.
  • You will be able to continue your studies at Collegium Civitas if your degree program is related to our programs.
  • The Admissions Office, together with the Student Affairs Office, will analyze your documents and suggest which specialization at Collegium Civitas best suits the program at your home university in Ukraine.
  • Fill in the online application form at https://rekrutacja.civitas.edu.pl (studies in Polish and bilingual) or https://admissions.civitas.edu.pl (studies in English) website, selecting the specialization agreed as above.
  • The level of Polish/English language proficiency will be verified on the basis of an interview.
  • We offer an exemption from the application fee and a postponement of the tuition fees.
