ERASMUS+ CALL FOR APPLICATIONS

Are you interested in studying at one of our Erasmus+ Partner Universities for the spring semester of 2024/2025? If so, we invite you to apply for a scholarship under the Erasmus+ Programme.

Successful applicants will be awarded a monthly Erasmus+ scholarship (the amount varies depending on the country, approximately 600-670 euro/monthly) and will receive a 20% reduction in tuition fees at Collegium Civitas for the semester spent abroad.

The application deadline is September 15, 2024.

Don’t forget to check the Procedure for applying for additional Green Travel funding.

Additionally, you can find information about the rules, partner universities (Erasmus+ Partner Universities for spring semester 2024), and application procedures in your student account at wu.civitas.edu.pl, under the Useful Information and International Cooperation sections.

To apply, please submit the following documents by the submission deadline of September 15, 2024:

  • Application form
  • Language certificate
  • CV in Europass format
  • Information about your involvement in social activities, both within and outside the university (e.g., voluntary work, participation in student organizations, etc., though not obligatory).

The applications will be evaluated by the Qualification Committee, and students will be notified of the results via email. Successful candidates will then be nominated to their chosen Partner Universities. Subsequently, they will need to follow the receiving university’s admission procedure to complete the registration.
