We invite all Collegium Civitas students to contribute to a Season’s greetings video for our university community. Below, you will find hints and necessary information.
- Organizational and Technical Requirements:
- Video length: up to 30 seconds;
- Recording method: Horizontal position of the phone, frame from the middle of the chest upwards. If using a laptop camera, set the appropriate frames per second—preferably 25 fps or 30 fps; recommended resolution is 1920×1080 (if not available, then 1280×720, 16:9);
- Sound: Ensure it is audible, avoiding echoes;
- Outfit, background, and props: Your choice! Feel free to include costumes or gadgets if you wish.
- Speech Structure:
- Introduce yourself: name, how long you’ve been studying at Collegium Civitas, your field of study, and your place of origin (country, city);
- Share Season’s greetings for everyone at Collegium Civitas in your native language.
- Additionally, if you’d like to do more:
- Sing or play a fragment of a traditional Seasonal song or carol from your home country;
- Share a recipe for a traditional dish from your home country + a photo of this dish.
- Language of the recording: Introduction and greetings in your native language or in English. Please send the text of your speech and wishes in English if spoken in any other language.
