Konferencja naukowa „Kicz w zarządzaniu: determinanty i funkcje, nosiciele i propagatorzy” wieńczy projekt, w który zaangażowanych było 40 naukowców z kilkunastu krajów reprezentujących dyscypliny takie jak zarządzanie, marketing, media, edukacja, nauki o polityce, socjologia, filozofia, prawo, psychologia, estetyka i sztuka.
Podczas konferencji zaprezentowane zostaną wyniki badań ukazujących zjawiska kiczu na poziomach mikro (samozarządzanie), mezzo (organizacje i grupy) oraz makro (społeczeństwo, kultura) z uwypukleniem roli kiczu w procesie zarządzania, przejawów i form kiczu oraz kiczu jako cechy zarządzanych treści.
Gośćmi honorowymi konferencji będą:
- prof. dr hab. Monika Kostera,
- prof. Stephen Linstead
- prof. Antonio Strati.
Konferencja odbędzie się w całości w języku angielskim, w formie hybrydowej: stacjonarnie w siedzibie Collegium Civitas oraz online: LINK DO KONFERENCJI (MS TEAMS).
