Advocate Norbert Pędzich

Advocate, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, also studied at the Faculty of Law at the University of Vienna. He completed a one-year American law course at the Center for American Law Studies, organized by the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Florida Frederic G. Levin College of Law. He completed his legal training at the Warsaw Bar Association and is a practicing advocate registered with the Warsaw Bar Association.
He also completed doctoral studies at the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw, as well as postgraduate studies in national security (Institute of International Relations, University of Warsaw) and crisis management (National Defence University of Warsaw).
His academic research focuses on civil, criminal, constitutional, public and private international law, as well as international relations. He teaches in both Polish and English, primarily in the field of international law.
He has extensive defense experience, having worked on key criminal cases involving organized crime groups, including white-collar crimes such as VAT fraud schemes and offenses against financial institutions. He also specializes in civil and family law, as well as ongoing legal services for business entities.
He has worked in both state institutions and international organizations, including the Department of Military Foreign Affairs at the Ministry of National Defense, NATO, and the Main Headquarters of the Border Guard. He is a reserve Colonel.
