In recognition of her groundbreaking contributions to gender sociology and queer studies, Professor Joanna Mizielińska, a lecturer at Collegium Civitas and a researcher in gender sociology and queer studies, has been honoured with the prestigious Stefan Nowak Prize by the University of Warsaw in 2023.

In September 2023, Prof. Ewa Nowicka-Rusek visited the European University of Armenia in Yerevan within the EU-funded Erasmus+ programme. “As I am researching specific situation of Armenians in Poland, I have found lots of important field information and interest on the side of Armenian educational institution for cooperation in future.” - explains Prof. Nowicka-Rusek.
