Collegium Civitas współpracuje z West Virginia University również w ramach programu Trans-Atlantic Dual Degree MA Graduate, w którym studenci Collegium Civitas mają możliwość zdobycia podwójnego dyplomu magistra w zakresie International History and Security Studies.
