In addition to the Polish matriculation exam (Matura), Civitas University accepts a wide range of international qualifications, including GCE A-Levels, the International Baccalaureate (IB), and the European Baccalaureate (EB).

All secondary school leaving certificates, including the Polish Matura and international equivalents, are converted into qualifying points for admission purposes.

Candidates with a Polish Matura:
Admission is based on the results of three written Matura subjects selected by the candidate. A minimum of 145 qualifying points is required for admission to undergraduate studies.

Candidates with international qualifications:
Grades obtained from foreign secondary school leaving certificates are also converted into qualifying points. In general, we accept candidates with an overall qualification of at least 60%.

English language entry requirements

To ensure you can benefit fully from your studies at Civitas University, you must demonstrate an adequate level of English proficiency.

Candidates are required to submit a certificate of English proficiency unless their previous education was conducted in English. In such cases, a Medium of Instruction (MOI) letter from the awarding institution must be provided.This letter should confirm that the qualification was taught entirely in English.

If you are unable to provide an MOI letter, you must submit one of the approved English language certificates. Checks the list of accepted English proficiency tests and minimum required scores.
