We are pleased to share the successful participation of Dr. Wioletta Małota in the Erasmus+ Teaching Staff Mobility program. Dr. Małota recently completed a teaching assignment at Institut Libre des Relations Internationales et des Sciences Politiques (ILERI) Lyon in France, where she brought her expertise in management and innovation to an international group of students during their prestigious Summer School.
From June 17 to June 21, 2024, at the beautiful Campus René Cassin in Lyon, Dr. Małota conducted an 8-hour course “Managing Innovations”. This course, designed to familiarize students with the inner workings of various organizations, from global corporations to start-ups, focused on the 7S Model. Students explored how strategies, structures, systems, management skills, staff, and shared values contribute to successful organizational innovation. Through this comprehensive framework, participants gained valuable insights into introducing and managing innovations within a company.
The course was enthusiastically met, with 25 students engaging in the sessions. Both the students and ILERI Lyon were impressed with Dr. Małota’s teaching, leading to a formal invitation for her to return and teach at the Summer School in 2025.
This opportunity underscores the strong academic partnerships that Collegium Civitas fosters through the Erasmus+ program and highlights the global impact of our faculty’s expertise. We look forward to continuing our collaboration with ILERI Lyon and further enriching the educational experiences of our students and faculty.
