From June 23 to 27, 2025, Civitas University proudly hosted its very first Staff Week, organized as a Blended Intensive Programme and co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme.

The theme of the Staff Week was “Personal Efficiency in Practice – Time and Priority Management”.

Throughout the week, participants engaged in a series of workshops focused on effective planning, task prioritization, and overcoming productivity barriers. The sessions were led by Prof. Małgorzata Baran from the Faculty of Management. Additionally, a workshop and open discussion on the challenges of time management in the university environment was conducted by our Erasmus+ Coordinator, Mr. Piotr Czarnota.

Beyond the educational component, our guests had the opportunity to explore some of Warsaw’s key attractions, such as the Royal Castle, Wilanów Palace, and the Viewing Terrace of the Palace of Culture and Science (PKiN). They also experienced Polish culture and cuisine first-hand.

It was a fantastic opportunity for networking and building future collaborations.

We sincerely thank all participants —both administrative and academic—from the following institutions:

  • SRH University (Germany)
  • BSP Business and Law School Berlin (Germany)
  • “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași (Romania)
  • Europa-Universität Viadrina (Germany)
  • University of Maribor (Slovenia)
  • Marmara University (Türkiye)
  • Technical University of Applied Sciences Wildau (Germany)

and everyone involved in making this event a success.

It was a true pleasure to host you, and we hope to see you again soon!
