Dr Nitza-Makowska presented her research at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tallinn

In May, Dr Agnieszka Nitza-Makowska presented her research on Chinese and Indian soft power towards Estonia at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tallinn. Dr Agnieszka Nitza-Makowska, an assisting professor and supervisor of Asian Studies at Collegium Civitas, currently focusing her work on soft power, sustainable connectivity and environmental diplomacy and her regional focuses are India, Pakistan and China.

PROFESSORS FROM EUROPEAN UNIVERSITY OF ARMENIA VISIT COLLEGIUM CIVITAS

Professors Gohar Avetisyan and Karine Sargsyan, from the European University of Armenia, visited Collegium Civitas from May 15th to 19th, 2023, as part of the Erasmus+ program. During their visit, the professors delivered a series of lectures, shedding light on problem-solving, decision-making in diplomatic processes, and effective leadership, all of which resonated with the audience.

International Diamonds Scholarship

International Diamonds Scholarship

Collegium Civitas has established the International Diamonds Scholarship Program for the studies in English. There are a total of six places with covered tuition for the first semester of studies 2023/2024 conducted in English at our university: three for bachelor’s degree programs and  three for master’s degree programs. International candidates interested in the scholarship should apply no later than by June 15.

Ukrainian Academy of Leadership visits Collegium Civitas

In April, Collegium Civitas had the pleasure of hosting a group of sixty-six young Ukrainians participating in the Ukrainian Academy of Leadership program. This visit was part of their broader European journey, organized under the leadership of Katarzyna Anna Przybyła, Collegium Civitas lecturer in collaboration with the Ukrainian Leadership Academy, Romanian Peace Institute PATRIR, and Un Ponte Per, an Italian-based humanitarian organization.
