Commemorating the 80th Anniversary of the Warsaw Uprising

On August 1, 2024, Poland will commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Warsaw Uprising, a pivotal event in the nation's history and a significant symbol of resistance against oppression. The 1944 uprising was a courageous and defiant effort by the Polish Home Army (Armia Krajowa) to liberate Warsaw from Nazi German occupation during World War II.

Collegium Civitas is thrilled to support the 2024 Magna Charta Observatory (MCO) Student Essay Competition. Building on the success of last year’s competition, this initiative invites university students from around the globe to engage in a meaningful exploration of inclusivity within higher education.

PIASA World Congress. Second Call for Papers

The Polish Institute of Arts & Sciences of America invites proposals for its 9th World Congress to be held at Collegium Civitas in Warsaw, Poland, June 7-9, 2024. The deadline for proposals is February 1, 2024, though earlier submissions are welcome since capacity is limited.
