Roma Równiak
She was involved in higher education for over 12 years. For 8 years, she held a managerial position in the marketing department at the Center for the Development of Higher Education TEB Academy, where she was responsible for creating and implementing marketing and sales strategies aimed at achieving the university’s business objectives. In 2020, she participated in building a new brand in the Warsaw higher education market – the then University of Banking, which in its second year of operation became one of the five most frequently chosen non-public universities in Warsaw.
For over 4 years, she has served as a Member of the Management Board, Development Director, and Chair of the Development Council at the university, responsible for achieving business objectives by coordinating the creation and implementation of strategies, as well as development and optimization projects. Her duties also include the development of individual sales (both Polish and international markets) and B2B, supporting the university’s internationalization efforts, and overseeing infrastructure-related projects.
Roma Równiak is a graduate of economics from the Poznań University of Economics. She completed the management staff development program at Harvard Business School Publishing and the Canadian International Management Institute.
