Sociologist, analyst, researcher, Vice-Rector for Student Affairs at the Collegium Civitas.

A former employee of the Institute of Political Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences, in which he defended his doctoral thesis on the autonomy of Polish judicial elites. Participant in many research projects, including in the field of sociology of politics, elite theory, psychology of politics, public administration. Author of research reports and scientific articles. He is an expert in the field of social research methodology.

In his free time, he plays guitar and reads sci-fi books.
