Our “Early Birds” promotion is aimed at candidates who are starting their full Bachelor’s (licencjat) or Master’s (magister) programmes at Collegium Civitas in the 2024/2025 academic year.
The promotion entitles the applicant to a 20% discount on their fees for the first semester of their Bachelor’s or Master’s programme, provided that the candidate starts their studies in the winter semester of 2024/2025.
The promotion is valid till April 30, 2024.
Rules Governing the “Early Birds” Promotion at Collegium Civitas
for the 2024/2025 Academic Year
- This promotion is intended for candidates applying to:
- full-time English language Bachelor’s (licencjat) or Master’s (magister) programs at Collegium Civitas in the 2024/2025 academic year. Applicants must submit the correct set of documents online to the Admissions Office between March 15, 2024, to April 30, 2024.
- Candidates who will obtain the higher school leaving certificate in 2024 can submit all the required documents online, excluding the higher school leaving certificate itself, which must be submitted no later than July 31, 2024.
- To benefit from this promotion, candidates must provide a scan of the proof of payment for the first semester of studies (semester fee or in installments) within the specified promotion period, according to the order of the Rector of Collegium Civitas No. 10/2024 on payment for studies, offering 20% discount.
- The promotion grants a 20 % discount for the first semester fee (Bachelor and Master programs), for candidates commencing their studies in the winter semester of 2024/2025. The discount is calculated based on one semester fee. If payment is made in installments, the full discount is deducted from the first installment.
- This promotion excludes study programs conducted with academic partners, studies with a one-year bridging program in Ukrainian, and co-financed specializations.
- This promotion is valid from 15.03.2024 until 30.04.2024, and cannot be combined with other Collegium Civitas promotional offers.
- If a candidate cancels their studies after completing admissions and qualification procedures, the amount paid (per semester or per installment) will be reimbursed. The application fee is non-refundable.
- The Rector reserves the right to revoke the promotion at any time, ensuring that the rights acquired by applicants are respected until the day the promotion is canceled.
