Covid-19: entire Poland designated “yellow zone”

In order to curb the increasing spread of COVID-19 in Poland, the Prime Minister announced on October 8 that starting from October 10 (Saturday) entire Poland will be designated ‘yellow’ zone. The yellow zone means that there are several restrictions and rules to follow:

  • Obligation to cover the mouth and nose in public areas (incl. outdoors)
  • Cultural events:
    • With 25% audience in a confined space
    • Max. 100 people in the open area
    • 25% of seats in cinemas
  • Maximum 75 guests during special events
  • Limits in restaurants: 1 person per 4 square meters
  • Meeting of up to 150 people. Distances among different assemblies min. 100 m
