The second stage of lifting Coronavirus restrictions (Level 2 from May 4) – opening the following facilities:
• shopping malls (1 person in every 15 m2) – recreation and restaurant  space remains closed
• construction shops at weekends
• hotels and other short-stay accommodation (with some limitations)
• certain public cultural institutions (libraries, museums and art galleries)
• medical rehabilitation centers
• nurseries and kindergartens (from May 6 – for children of working parents who cannot take care of them)

From May 4th, the Poles working or studying in our immediate EU neighbours – Germany, Lithuania, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic – will not have to undergo a mandatory 14-day quarantine.

We kindly remind you that even though lifting coronavirus restrictions in Poland are being implemented, let’s not forget that the obligation of social distance still applies (2 meters between people in public places).

Please keep in mind that from April 16th everybody leaving home is required to cover the nose and mouth by using a mask, scarf or handkerchief.
