Our “Last minute” promotion is aimed at candidates who are starting their full or part-time Bachelor’s (licencjat) or Master’s (magister) programmes at Collegium Civitas in the 2023/2024 academic year.
The promotion entitles the applicant to a 15% discount on their fees for the first semester of their Bachelor’s or Master’s programme, provided that the candidate starts their studies in the winter semester of 2023/2024.
This promotion comes into effect on August 22, 2023, and last until September 12, 2023
Rules Governing the “Last Minute” Promotion at Collegium Civitas for the 2023/2024 Academic Year
- This promotion is addressed to all candidates applying for:
- full time English and Polish-English language Bachelor’s (licencjat) or Master’s (magister) programmes at Collegium Civitas in the 2023/2024 academic year who have submitted between August 22 and September 12, 2023, the correct set of all required documents, via the online platform civitas.edu.pl.
- full-time or part time Polish language Bachelor’s (licencjat) or Master’s (magister) programmes at Collegium Civitas in the 2023/2024 academic year who have submitted between August 22 and September 12, 2023, the correct set of all required documents, via the online platform civitas.edu.pl.
- To benefit from this promotion a candidate must also upload a scan of the payment confirmation for the first semester of studies (semester fee or in installments) during the promotion period, in accordance with the order of the Rector of Collegium Civitas No. 14/2023 of 31/03/2023 on payment for studies, with 15% discount.
- The promotion provides a 15 % discount on tuition fee for the first semester of studies (Bachelor and Master programmes), provided that the candidate begins their studies in the winter semester 2023/2024. The discount is calculated from the amount of the tuition fee for one semester. In the case of installment payment, the discount is deducted entirely from the first installment.
- This promotion does not apply to study programmes carried out with academic partners, studies with a one-year bridging program in Ukrainian and to co-financed specializations.
- This promotion does not apply to candidates who have submitted online the correct set of all required documents before the start date of this promotion.
- This promotion comes into effect on August 22, 2023, last until September 12, 2023, and cannot be combined with other Collegium Civitas promotional offers.
- Should the candidate resign from taking up their studies after having completed admissions and qualification procedures, the amount paid (per semester or per installment) is subject to refund. The application fee is nonrefundable.
- The Rector has the right to revoke the promotion at any time, provided that the rights acquired by the applicant are respected until the day the promotion is canceled.
