Election to Collegium Civitas Student Council Board

Dear students,

Because not enough candidates for the CC Student Council Board have registered, we are changing the election schedule.

Below are the updated important dates:

23.11-11.12 – submitting applications to the list of candidates

12.12 – announcement of the full list of candidates

13.12 – debate

15.12 – start of voting

18.12 – end of voting at 8.00 PM

20.12 – announcement of election results

How to submit your candidacy? 

  • Collect 15 signatures of students who support you in the registration card, which is attached to this message and send it to s10350@civitas.edu.pl
  • Fill out the following application form: https://forms.office.com/e/kvZKKDA5G2(Please complete while logged into your student account);
  • Attach 15 screenshots (photos) or audiovisual files that show why your supporters think that you should join ZSSCC (a short answer from the person who supports your candidacy is enough);
  • Propose 2 projects that you want to implement as a member of ZSSCC.

We accept applications in Polish and English.

Elections will be held via the Virtual University.

We are waiting for your applications until December 11, 2023 (until 23.59)

In addition, each candidate is required to take part in the debate, which will take place on December 13, 2023, at 18.30 on the Microsoft Teams platform.

The election results will be announced on December 20, 2023.
