The inaugural lecture “And the walls will fall, fall, fall” will be delivered by Hanna Marchwińska, PhD,

director of the Office of the Council of Europe in Warsaw in 1991-2017, and deputy Ombudsman in 2017-2022.

The ceremony will take place on Monday, 2 October 2022 at 18:00,

at the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw, in the concert hall of the 6th Floor Theatre.
