Following the invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation, the European University Association (EUA), which represents more than 850 universities and national rectors’ conferences in 48 European countries, stands in solidarity with the university students and staff of Ukraine as well as with the entire population of the country.

The academic community in Poland issued a statement on the Russian aggression against Ukraine. "We express our absolute solidarity with the entire Ukrainian nation and our support for Ukraine as a sovereign state." - wrote the representatives of Polish academic institutions.

Collegium Civitas Student Government Council fully supports the nation of Ukraine and the Ukrainian people, in relation to the recent unprovoked Russian act of aggression. This situation is entirely unacceptable and we call for peace and the immediate end of hostility.

Deeply concerned about the tense situation caused by Russia's actions towards independent Ukraine, we express our solidarity with the Ukrainian nation and society. We are united by European identity and democratic values as well as the pursuit of peace and common security.
